Ο υπέρηχος έχει γίνει πλέον, προέκταση του χεριού και προέκταση του στηθοσκόπιου.

Hyperechoic = άσπρο

Isoechoic =   ανοικτό γκρι

Hypoechoic = σκούρο γκρι

Anechoic = μαύρο ( = υγρό)

RUSH protocol = Rapid Ultrasound for Shock and Hypotension

Το RUSH είναι για τον ΜΗ τραυματία είναι ότι το eFAST για τον τραυματία.

Υπέρηχος Πνευμόνων:

A - lines = Καθαρός Πνεύμονας

B-lines = Συμφορημένος Πνεύμονας (έχει υγρό)

Ultrasound - guided peripheral iv placement.

Πόση εκπαίδευση απαιτείται;

Γενικά: 40 διδακτικές ώρες, 150 εξετάσεις, 25 - 50 εφαρμογή.

FAST = 16 εκπαίδευση, 25 - 30 εξετάσεις (50% +)
